MARTIN ENNALS AWARD CEREMONY 2016

The 2016 Martin Ennals Award Ceremony will take place in Geneva at Uni Dufour, Auditorium U-600, at 6pm on 11 October 2016.

2017 NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

We are now accepting submissions of human rights defender for the 2017 Martin Ennals Award. Nominations will close on 9 November 2016.

WHAT IS THE
MARTIN ENNALS AWARD?

The Martin Ennals Award is a annual prize for human rights defenders. Finalists and the laureate are selected by a Jury of 10 of the world's leading human rights NGOs. The Award provides protection and support to human rights defenders who are at risk.
